We'll set up a call for you to meet with our onboarding specialist who'll be your liaison during the transition. We'll send you a technical information form to compile your current technical details. This can be completed by you, your current IT vendor, or we can liaise with your vendor to acquire the needed information to get started.
We will then schedule an on-site meeting, when convenient for you, for the onboarding specialist to evaluate/document your infrastructure and install any additional hardware or necessary monitoring security software that can't be installed remotely.
We'll fully assess your network's health efficiency and analyze your organization's security risks to identify any weaknesses.
We'll meet again to discuss the summary of recommendations for any hardware or software upgrades or other strategies to improve network efficiency or integrity.
Next, we'll implement any agreed-upon changes gleaned during the review meeting. We'll make any security upgrades to your system as needed.
We'll then implement our Best Practices and create Standard Operating Procedures customized for your business.
You'll have regular business reviews with your assigned IT manager to review your systems' health reports, discuss trends, focus on improvements for the upcoming quarter, & address any issues or concerns.
You'll receive reports on a regular basis, such as Anti-virus & patch health reports, support ticket reports, backup status reporting, & hardware inventory reports.
